Because of your incredibly generous donations, we were able to pay off $7,317.37 in student lunch debt for Somers and Lakeside Elementary Schools yesterday!
This special gift was made in loving memory of “The Cool Lunch Lady,” Cheryl Turley, who spent more than 30 years caring for and nourishing students through Flathead High School Food Services.
Cheryl’s spirit of compassion continues to make a difference in our community. Thank you for helping us honor Cheryl’s memory in such a meaningful way. Together, we are making a difference—one student, one meal, and one act of kindness at a time.
No child should bear shame for lacking the funds or access to student lunch.
Every child deserves the same meal opportunities as his/her friends.
